Pilates
Timetable:
Monday 5:30pm
Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on alignment, strength, flexibility and balance. It’s a low-impact way to improve posture and body awareness in a fun and sometimes challenging way. I also include some postural correction (foundation training) and stretching at the end of the session.

Our 1 hour classes are for every level of experience and ability.
Seniors' exercise class
Timetable:

Wednesday 12:15 pm.

Friday 12:30pm.
In this class we combine gentle aerobics exercises with balance, coordination, strength and flexibility while playing good music.
The class runs for 1 hour, and although it is directed to a more mature audience, everyone is welcome. We do about 30 minutes of standing aerobics exercises, coordination and balance, then 30 minutes resistance band strengthening and stretching to finish. It is good to wear good stable shoes, have a theraband and a stable chair.
Free stretching & relaxation
Timetable:

Saturday 9:30am.
​
Every second week.
Focus on flexibility while calming down the body and the mind in a very relaxing session. We work on building the connection between the mind and body.
​
It consists of approximately 40 minutes of slow movements and muscle release techniques and 10 minutes of mindful relaxation.
​
Everyone is welcome and all you need is a mat, or some space to move.

Book a 1:1 or a 1:2 class for personalised exercises and instruction. Ideal for those with limited movement or injuries, or simply for people that like to work in a personalised ma.
